They are developing a centralised platform to address all the digital needs of independent hoteliers and vacation rental owners. Their SaaS solution allows owners to manage all the digital aspects of their properties (Website, sales, client management…) saving them valuable amount of time and money.

Co-founded by Alexandre (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne), Emmanuelle (ESCE) and Frédéric (ESSEC), they have clients on 4 continents, ranging from beautiful villas in Greece to powerful brands like Pierre & Vacances.

Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your mission is to generate a maximum of sales opportunities (inbound and outbound) for the Sales team by identifying, contacting, qualifying and convincing prospects corresponding to Amenitiz target.

Your missions

  • Reach out to property owners all over Italy, explain our value proposition and offer a demo of the product
  • Qualify incoming leads and evaluate if they are interesting for Amenitiz
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive to put them in the best position so that they sign a maximum of new customers
  • Bring your ideas to make our team always more

Your profile

  • You love Sales and want to learn from the best
  • You love challenges and exceeding goals
  • Knowledge or past experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian (native) and a good level in English
  • You learn quickly and are very curious

Recruitment Process

  1. Applicant validation, how well will you match with the job and your team is important to us at this stage, we don’t want to waste your time !
  2. On-site interview with the person who will be your manager
  3. Follow-up interview with at least one of the three founders
  4. Finally a drink with the team to ensure that you are a match !
