At Amenitiz, they are a team of passionate individuals, building the future of the hospitality industry. They are developing a centralised platform to address all the digital needs of independent hoteliers and vacation rental owners. Their SaaS solution allows owners to manage all the digital aspects of their properties (Website, sales, client management…) saving them valuable amount of time and money.

Co-founded by Alexandre (Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne), Emmanuelle (ESCE) and Frédéric (ESSEC), they have clients on 4 continents, ranging from beautiful villas in Greece to powerful brands like Pierre & Vacances.

Job Description

Here at Amenitiz we're growing (really) fast. After scaling from 5 employee to around 40 people in the past 12 month, we're about to face our next challenge, going from 40 to 200 by the end of 2022. We're looking for a kick-ass head of talent to lead the acquisition, retention and growth of all those new team members.

As the first member of our HR team, your responsabilty will be diverse :

  • Lead our recruitement strategy: hire and manage our in-house talent acquisiton squad, management of our recruitment agencies, collaborate with Managers on recruiting needs, adapt strategies according to different jobs, screen and interview candidates.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of the employee’s lifecycle (admin, legal, payroll….)
  • Developement of our employer branding and sourcing strategy to ensure a strong candidate pool
  • Ensure that the entire hiring process is up to our expectations in terms of diversity and culture
  • Build and improve our HR processes while also keeping them up to date with the latest legal requirement

Preferred Experience

Your profile

  • You have 3/4 years of experience in an HR position
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a startup/scale up/high growth environment
  • You have a strong experience in sourcing and recruitement (In-house or agency)
  • You are passionate and always want to go the extra mile.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You get it done and never give up !

Recruitment Process

  1. Applicant validation, how well will you match with the job and your team is important to us at this stage, we don’t want to waste your time!
  2. Online/On-site interview with two managers from our team
  3. Follow-up interview with the CEO and one other founder.
